Suzanne is a college professor as well as pre-college teacher and studies and conducts research in music education.
Performance and Exam Opportunities: Students who are interested may perform in K&S recitals, MMTA Piano Contest, and MMTA Theory exams.
Philosophy: I enjoy teaching piano to students of all ages and levels, and my goal is to provide quality music instruction while also making the experience enjoyable and rewarding. I believe every person has musical ability, and I strive to help students develop their musical skills to their fullest potential.
Lessons include piano repertoire and theory, and any other areas of interest to the student, such as music history, sight reading, harmonizing, accompanying, and playing by ear. Suzanne works collaboratively with students, setting goals and arriving at musical decisions together.
In her spare time, Suzanne enjoys reading and running.
